Joe Merino is a men's clothing brand that has earned its footsteps in the fashion industry with timeless, classic and durable men's sweaters. Joe's sweaters are made of Merino wool and represent long-lasting quality. The brand does not believe in buy, wear and throw away, but wants to offer their customers a long-lasting product and even offer a free repair service.

The question
Like the product, the partnership between Joe Merino and Dexport can also be labeled sustainable. Already since 2017, Dexport has been handling the crossborder marketing for the brand and in all these years, the collaboration has proven successful.
Joe Merino's main goal was to level up their marketing strategy. They were looking for a party that was willing to think with them about all possible marketing channels. A specialist and at the same time a generalist with a lot of experience in all areas of online marketing. They wanted to take the next step with social media campaigns such as Facebook and Instagram marketing. Also on the wish list was the deployment of Google Ads, Bing, Linkbuilding and SEO.
Objective
Dexport chose to use social media marketing for brand building, branding and to leverage these channels as a revenue channel. The use of these social media campaigns gave the brand a huge boost. Attention was placed on the organic growth of the site by setting up the SEO more professionally. Several creative campaigns were also created.
Result
Dexport created a major summer campaign for the brand called Cool in Wool: Merino wool im Sommer. This campaign focused on the benefits of wearing wool in summer and was rolled out in all countries. Dexport created a landing page and provided translations of the texts. The Christmas campaign "Joe cadeau" was another success case. Again, all countries were reached by creating a connection to a custom made landing page with a wrapping service after purchase.
