In 2023, we began developing a strategy for the launch of the Saniweb.de online store in the German market. Saniweb, with a product range of approximately 100,000 items and ambitious revenue targets, requested a phased approach to ensure optimal visibility and growth. To help achieve these growth objectives, we provided intensive SEO and SEA support.
We researched which brands and products generate the most search volume and where Saniweb.de has the best chances to achieve good rankings compared to German competitors. From the beginning, we worked closely with Saniweb's marketing team, investigating the competition and advising on communication and positioning. We also helped with the necessary localization, such as labels, payment options and other conversion-enhancing elements important for the German market.
